Depending on the services used and preferences selected, the following limited technical data may be processed while using the website:

• analytics usage data where the user has expressly selected this preference,
• technical data needed for the relevant services to function where third-party content is enabled.

The Vitallin website has no user registration, newsletter subscription, online sales or payments, or contact form through which visitors can submit personal data as free text.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• ensuring the website operates securely and reliably,
• identifying technical errors and security incidents,
• preventing misuse and unauthorised access,
• maintaining website performance and accessibility,
• remembering visitors' cookie preferences,
• analysing website usage and improving the user experience where the visitor has selected this preference,
• providing third-party content such as Google Maps where the visitor has selected this preference,
• fulfilling obligations under applicable legislation.

These purposes determine the scope of processing.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Personal data may be collected electronically through website visits, server and security systems, cookies or similar technologies, and the user's privacy preferences.

Data processing necessary for website security and technical operation is carried out on the basis of the relevant processing conditions in Article 5 of the KVKK.

Non-essential analytics technologies and third-party content are enabled, where required, in accordance with the visitor's preferences or explicit consent.

Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary for its processing purpose, to:

• hosting and technical infrastructure providers,
• information security and technical support providers,
• legally authorised public institutions and organisations,
• analytics or third-party service providers, provided the user has enabled the relevant preference and the necessary legal conditions for transfer have been met.

Transfers are limited to these purposes.

Where Google or similar services with overseas connections are used, transfers of personal data abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions and safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary for its processing purpose and for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation.

We aim to avoid retaining routine server access and error logs longer than necessary. When the reason for processing no longer applies, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable legislation and technical processes.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

• to learn whether it is being processed,
• to request information about its processing,
• to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• to know the third parties to whom it is transferred,
• to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• to request deletion or destruction where the relevant conditions are met,
• to request that third parties receiving the data be notified of corrections, deletion or destruction,
• to object, under the conditions prescribed by law, to an adverse outcome resulting from analysis by automated systems,
• to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

These rights apply within the scope of the law.
