Inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (DRcaps), zinc sulphate, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Limosilactobacillus reuteri, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum, Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis, magnesium salts of fatty acids, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Levilactobacillus brevis, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum
For adults aged 11 and over: 1 capsule daily with a glass (200 ml) of water, with or without food.
